PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS

 

DANIEL WARREN MAGINEL es el Responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales del Interesado y le informa que estos datos serán tratados de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 de 27 de abril (GDPR) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD). Dicho tratamiento se realizará por interés legítimo del responsable para mantener una relación comercial y con el consentimiento del interesado para el envio de comunicaciones de productos o servicios. Los datos se conservarán indefinidamente para fines de archivo mientras ninguna de las partes se oponga a ello. No está previsto comunicar los datos a terceros (salvo obligación legal), y si fuera necesario hacerlo para la ejecución del contrato, se informará previamente al Interesado.

 

Se informa al Interesado que tiene derecho a retirar el consentimiento para tratar los datos en cualquier momento y que, si ejerce este derecho, se deberá proceder a la rescisión del contrato en los términos expuestos en el mismo ya que el tratamiento de datos es imprescindible para la ejecución del contrato. De la misma forma también podrá ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión y portabilidad de sus datos y los de limitación u oposición al tratamiento dirigiéndose a DANIEL WARREN MAGINEL. DANIEL WARREN MAGINEL és el Responsable del Tractament de les dades personals de l'Interessat i l'informa que aquestes dades seran tractades d'acord amb el que disposa el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 de 27 d'abril de 2016 (GDPR) i la Llei Orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre (LOPDGDD). Aquest tractament es realitzarà per interès legítim del responsable per mantenir una relació comercial i amb el consentiment de l'interessat per a l'enviament de comunicacions de productes o serveis. Les dades es conservaran indefinidament per a fins d'arxiu mentre cap de les parts s'hi oposi. No està previst comunicar les dades a tercers (excepte obligació legal), i si cal fer-ho per a l'execució del contracte, s'informarà prèviament a l'Interessat.

 

S'informa l'Interessat que té dret a retirar el consentiment per tractar les dades en qualsevol moment i que, si exerceix aquest dret, s'haurà de procedir a la rescissió del contracte en els termes exposats en el mateix ja que el tractament de dades és imprescindible per a l'execució del contracte.
